Christmas Festivities

We had a wonderful Christmas this year. It was made better by the fact that we actually didn't have to pack suitcases for four people, figure out car seats and sleeping arrangements or try to entertain two kids on the plane. We stayed home. My parents did make the trip out here to spend Christmas with the grandkids.
Olivia's gift was easy because she has a tendency to run over to any of our neighbors that have their garage door open and try to get out their cozy coupe cars to play with. So Olivia got...
And she still tries to take everyone else's car. Oh well. She did enjoy opening presents. After opening a pair of shoes and a new baby doll, every gift that began to be opened was proceeded by "Oh wow. Look at that. A baby (or shoes)" and was followed by less excitement when Grandpa opened his new electric razor or I opened some clothes. But she still continued to be amazed at each box that was unwrapped- regardless of the contents. Isaac was just happy that there were new items to chew on.
